Maslow’s [hierarchy of needs]

[Basic Desires]: Man is motivated by numerous basic desires which are instinctive,have an evolutionary origin, are immutable and universal.


[Desires for Growth]: Man is initially motivated by basic desires, After these desires are fulfilled,then man becomes motivated towards desires of a higher order. [Desires for Growth] are all equal in importance and are not hierarchical.
