Maslow’s [hierarchy of needs]
[Basic Desires]: Man is motivated by numerous basic desires which are instinctive，have an evolutionary origin, are immutable and universal.
[Desires for Growth]: Man is initially motivated by basic desires， After these desires are fulfilled，then man becomes motivated towards desires of a higher order. [Desires for Growth] are all equal in importance and are not hierarchical.
